Taking the worry out of your event (well at least some of it!)

With all modern and new technology we appreciate that you may be wary of implementing a contactless system because of fears it may fail and leave you helpless. We are 100% confident that the support we provide around our system, including several back-up levels on and offline with a full disaster recovery plan, means you can be as trusting in it as we are.

From the moment you decide to use Skoot we will be with you every step of the way. We produce the wristbands with whatever logos are required, give your customers the ability to load their information onto them via a microsite that can be designed to work in parallel to your own website as well as producing all wristbands for artists, crew, VIPs, sponsors, hospitality and any others you may require.

On site we install everything that is required to give you the highest quality service throughout the build, live dates and break of your event which include the wireless infrastructure, training for all handheld systems, the booths that allow customers to add credit to their wristbands, staff that will guide them through the process and marketeers that will work the live events.

We produce all marketing material to highlight the Skoot system to everyone on site, giving them instructions on how to use it and all its benefits. We can break down any of the literature about Skoot you may wish to include in your own promotional campaigns, which will boost your customer relations pre event, during the event and post event.

Not forgetting of course the highly experienced technical support team, which will be on hand 24/7 to ensure the smooth running of the Skoot system. We do have in place a “disaster recovery system” so in the event any server may go down we have several more on site to take its place and even if the unlikely event that all of these went down, we then connect to a server which is off site and 100% secure and reliable. So unless Armageddon descends upon us the information will always be accessible!
